Non-use of the services covered by the exhibition fee does not entitle the exhibitor to a reduction of the exhibition fee.
We will start with stand allocation end of March/beginning April 2025. The dispatch of stand confirmations and corresponding invoices like exhibition fee and media package tariff or invoices for co-exhibitors will be sent immediately after stand allocation.
We will endeavor to consider requests made by exhibitors with the application but cannot guarantee them. Stand allocation will be processed based on exhibition-technical criteria requirements, the requested price group (as long as available) and date of receipt of the application.
Registered exhibitors can cancel their participation free of charge until the official stand confirmation and invoices have been issued.

Each exhibitor and co-exhibitor is entitled to publish a company profile on www.achemasia.de and, if applicable, in the exhibition catalogue. The Media package tariff covers:

The deadline for technical orders is 3 September 2025. From 4 September 2025 a 50 % surcharge on technical orders such as power supply, compressed air and water/waste water connections as well as telecommunication/internet will apply. From 18 September 2025 a 25 % surcharge on all other orders will apply.
Package stand exhibitors from 18 m² are allowed to make a stand design upgrade with their own stand constructor. To get an upgrade approval the construction regulations for exhibitors with own stand construction have to be adhered to, all documents listed there have to be submitted and all fees paid. The Exhibitor´s Manual with further information will be available soon.
Please note that the stand rent will not be reduced in case of an upgrade. For upgrade stands the partition walls of the package will be provided in any case as they are shared with the neighbours and are positioned center-to-center. Electricity and furniture items will not be provided; carpet upon request only.
No nailing, drilling or fixtures of any kinds are allowed to be affixed onto the partitions, floor, ceiling or any hall structure. The floor surface of the exhibition hall may be uneven. Exhibitors should prepare to stabilize any machines or exhibits. For questions, please contact SYMA.

The maximum construction and advertising height is 4.40 m for upgrade and raw space stands. Any booth structure with company identity, e.g. company name, logo, etc., at height of over 2.50 m and facing adjacent booth is required to set back 1 m from booth boundaries. Two-storey stands / structures are not permitted. The floor surface of the exhibition hall may be uneven. Exhibitors should prepare to stabilize any machines or exhibits.
