AchemAsia 2025 will take place from 14 - 16 October 2025.

Exhibitors can register online here. 

Applications received before 1 April 2025 qualify for a discount of 5 % on all exhibition fees.

There is no deadline for applications, areas will be rented according to availability.

Yes, 9 m² for package aisle stands, 18 m² for package stands with at least 2 sides open and 36 m² for raw space stands (without stand construction).

• Package aisle stands at outer gangways or stands along hall walls (min. 9 m²): € 399.00/m²
• Package aisle stands at inner gangways (min. 9 m²): 10 % surcharge
• Package stands with at least 2 sides open, not along hall walls (min. 18 m²): 20 % surcharge
• Raw space (stand area without stand construction, min. 36 m²): according to exhibition fee reduced by € 15.00/m²
• Co-exhibitor fee: € 1,100.00

Mandatory media package fee for exhibitors and co-exhibitors: € 350.00

The exhibition fee comprises the following:

• partition walls 2.50 m high, white, with 3 mm infill panels
• fitted carpet, needle punch, colour grey
• fascia 30 cm high, 19 mm thick
• fascia lettering in English/Chinese, black letters, Helvetica, booth number / company name according to the application (max. 40 characters engl. / max. 30 characters chin.)
• 2 LED spotlights per 9 m², including consumption (up to 9 m² (2), up to 18 m² (4), etc.)
• socket 220V (max. 500W), 5 Amp, 9 - 18 m² (1); 19 - 24 m² (2); 25 - 36 m² (3)
• white system counter, 9 - 36 m² (1)
• square table, 12 - 27 m² (1); 28 - 36 m² (2)
• white plastic chairs, 9 m² (2), 12 - 18 m² (3); 19 - 27 m² (4); 28 - 36 m² (6)
• 1 waste paper basket
• stand cleaning

• exhibitor passes, tickets for visitors, AchemAsia 2025 posters
• presentation of products/innovations during technical seminars

Non-use of the services covered by the exhibition fee does not entitle the exhibitor to a reduction of the exhibition fee.

We will start with stand allocation end of March/beginning April 2025. The dispatch of stand confirmations and corresponding invoices like exhibition fee and media package tariff or invoices for co-exhibitors will be sent immediately after stand allocation.

We will endeavor to consider requests made by exhibitors with the application but cannot guarantee them. Stand allocation will be processed based on exhibition-technical criteria requirements, the requested price group (as long as available) and date of receipt of the application.

Registered exhibitors can cancel their participation free of charge until the official stand confirmation and invoices have been issued.

Otherwise, the amount of compensation shall be determined by the time of cancellation and shall amount to:

• 50 % of the exhibition fee after dispatch of the stand confirmation and before the outstanding exhibition fee is due.
• The total exhibition fee (100 %) 14 days after the date of the invoice.

This also applies analogously to a reduction in stand size.

Moreover, in the event of cancellation, the media package fee will be forfeited after the due date of the invoice.

Yes, but you must reimburse DECHEMA for all costs incurred as a result of any exchange rate differences. All bank charges are to be borne by the exhibitor.

Yes, by MasterCard, VISA and AMEX.

Exhibitors who intend to sublet their stand are obliged to register their co-exhibitors separately via the online application form for co-exhibitors.

€ 1,100.00 co-exhibitor fee plus media package tariff of € 350.00.

The number of exhibitor passes is unlimited.

Yes, subsidiaries have to be registered as co-exhibitors. Please refer to online application form for co-exhibitors.

Yes, co-exhibitors can publish entries in the ACHEMA publications on the same terms as exhibitors.

Web banners in different sizes and with different positioning options can be placed.

The banners can be ordered via the exhibitor portal under "Shop" / "Publications and Marketing" / "Banner". The exhibitor portal will be available in spring 2025.

Posters (DIN A2) for AchemAsia 2025 can be ordered free of charge via the exhibitor portal under "Shop" / "Publications and Marketing" / "Advertising"- while stocks last. The exhibitor portal will be available in spring 2025.

Logo, banners and posters are available free of charge on our Download page.

Each exhibitor and co-exhibitor is entitled to publish a company profile on www.achemasia.de and, if applicable, in the exhibition catalogue. The Media package tariff covers:

• company name, contact details and a short company profile (English: 200 text characters / Chinese: 100 text characters), 1 optional product image
• company logo
• placement of a hyperlink to your company website
• 3 keywords (selection from our keyword index)

The Media package tariff of € 350,00 is obligatory and will be charged for every exhibitor and co-exhibitor.

The Media package can be ordered via the exhibitor portal under "Shop" / "Publications and Marketing" / "Media package". The exhibitor portal will be available in spring 2025.

Additional furniture, stand construction elements and stand design options for the basic stands can be ordered via the exhibitor portal under "Services".

The deadline for technical orders is 3 September 2025. From 4 September 2025 a 50 % surcharge on technical orders such as power supply, compressed air and water/waste water connections as well as telecommunication/internet will apply. From 18 September 2025 a 25 % surcharge on all other orders will apply.

Package stand exhibitors from 18 m² are allowed to make a stand design upgrade with their own stand constructor. To get an upgrade approval the construction regulations for exhibitors with own stand construction have to be adhered to, all documents listed there have to be submitted and all fees paid. The Exhibitor´s Manual with further information will be available soon.

Please note that the stand rent will not be reduced in case of an upgrade. For upgrade stands the partition walls of the package will be provided in any case as they are shared with the neighbours and are positioned center-to-center. Electricity and furniture items will not be provided; carpet upon request only.

No nailing, drilling or fixtures of any kinds are allowed to be affixed onto the partitions, floor, ceiling or any hall structure. The floor surface of the exhibition hall may be uneven. Exhibitors should prepare to stabilize any machines or exhibits. For questions, please contact SYMA.

All relevant forms can be processed via the exhibitor portal, “Forms and approval around your stand” and orders can be placed via the exhibitor portal, "Services". Please follow the “Raw Space / Upgrade Stand Design Approval Procedure” and the “Non-official Contractor Badge Application Procedure”. The tools will be available in spring 2025.

If not submitted for approval by 3 September 2025 at the latest, or if any stand structure is constructed without written approval, the damages deposit charged will be doubled.

All related fees shall be paid to the official stand constructor SYMA prior to performing any work.

The maximum construction and advertising height is 4.40 m for upgrade and raw space stands. Any booth structure with company identity, e.g. company name, logo, etc., at height of over 2.50 m and facing adjacent booth is required to set back 1 m from booth boundaries. Two-storey stands / structures are not permitted. The floor surface of the exhibition hall may be uneven. Exhibitors should prepare to stabilize any machines or exhibits. Stand partitions are included in the basic package. Please note that if you upgrade your stand with your own stand constructor the partition walls provided with the package cannot be dismantled as you share them with your neighbours, they are positioned center-to-center. No nailing, drilling or fixtures of any kinds are allowed to be affixed onto the partitions, floor, ceiling or any hall structure.

The exhibitor can create a sub-account for his stand constructor in the exhibitor portal, under "Manage Sub-account". The exhibitor portal is available in spring 2025.

A stand plan with the electrical, water and compressed air connections is available at the exhibitor portal, “myDocuments”. Under “Services” you can order the corresponding connections and upload your installation plan.
